Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
Returns will not be valid if the information submitted to us at the time of ordering is incorrect. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct vehicle make, model, year, engine size and any other relevant details are provided when placing an order. Parts ordered based on incorrect information provided by the customer will not qualify for a return or refund.
Once we have received the returned item, we will assess and inspect it before a refund or replacement is offered. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition.
The following conditions apply to all returns:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused and unopened packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable. Custom orders or special-order items cannot be returned.
Refunds and replacements:
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will contact you to advise whether your return has been approved or declined. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, or a replacement will be arranged depending on stock availability and your preference. Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to reflect.
